Travis practised at a Magic Circle firm before moving into investment banking, and then co-founding XRef with Stephen. After XRef, Travis went on to help build the Litera conglomerate before exiting for the second time in 2019. Travis has recently retired from rugby but is still an avid skier and (although not widely reported) can salsa dance most people under the table.
